Create is the process of recording or otherwise create one or more files with video data.
Be aware that this process is strictly for actions where you create new video. If you alter/edit existing video by e.g. editing, converting etc., the create process should only be the right choice when you make sure that you save the old video.
Always make sure to check that you have the right metadata when you create your video data. This can be the embedded metadata e.g. time, geographic location or the like. If these metadata are not right, this might cause some confusion later when utilizing the data. Maybe not for you, but maybe for someone else.
